Got drunk and killed a few people and when he was about to go to sentencing the judge found out that the individual its not that he was a bad boy it was because he was spoiled. He was given a shorter sentence and many thought it was an inappropriate sentence. Had a lot to do with the fact that he was a male, white rich boy. No one told him he was wrong and he was so spoiled he wasn"t able to appreciate consequences. This could be that he is just someone who is a victim of parents who didn"t raise him properly. This idea of rational choice goes back to the point that we view things in a similar way and we know what"s right and we know what wrong and we have a general idea about these things.
