Federal-provincial government negotiations, international negotiations, nafta negotiations are examples. Game theory is abstract: the notion of uncertainty and how that influences behaviour. Its deductive, the more information you know about your partner, the better the outcome. Negotiation style influences the result: mixed strategy in negotiation. If you do not always know the payoffs, people become more involved with minimizing loses.
