Oma": process or condition state, tends to be chronic, usually abnormal, ie. osteoporosis, morbid condition, usually cancer, ie. osteocoma. Pathological terms necrosis: cell / tissue death. Sequestrum: pieces of dead bone separated during necrosis. Fenestra: opening (abscess) for pus to drain, common in syphilis. The study of tissue abnormalities in past populations. Descriptive analysis: macro, microscopic study, x-rays, dna (disease dna), ct scans.
