Document Summary

All lab sessions will begin with a short 10-15 minute intro to lab and safety. A portion of the mark will depend on time management - points will be: Taken for finishing late (a lab should only take 2-2. 5 hours) Refer to lab manual and list the specific pages. Give 3 concepts from lectures/tutorials that apply to the lab. State the goal of the experiment and whether it was achieved. List 1 possible source of error (see appendix a - either instrument or method error) Give 1 suggestion to either improve the lab or for a possible further experiment. One reference is the lab manual with relevant page numbers. The other reference must be a textbook which is not the course textbook. The lab may be double-sided but the title page must be its own sheet. Feedback sheets should be stapled to the front. Spread the work out - do one section a day.
