Matthew david spencer v. her majesty the queen (2014): case regarding child pornography, the dealt with privacy concerns. It was a child pornography investigation where a saskatoon police ask to provide private information: matthew david spencer was accused of holding and distributing child pornography, however, the police did not act lawfully towards spencer without a warrant. Jurisdiction: cyberspace is not an illusion, instead it is located at different places (hard to pinpoint). Cyberspace may be intangible; however, the experience in cyberspace takes place in real life. Jurisdiction: the practical authority granted to a formally constituted legal body.
