That the title is negative while the story is so positively inviting. The focalization of the narrator is cinematic: gives the reader of a world that is already completed. The narrator has a constant discussion with the narrate. The narrator wants the narrate to be accepted by them and wants them to enjoy it. Nothing has happened in omelas: as it is too perfect because there is no conflict. But there is a villain, us, readers, celebrate evil: cynical about the story, banality of evil.
