Have to separate every piece of evidence in order to preserve it. Determine what type of evidence and cases to accept. Determine what sections are involved in a case (toxicology for blood or biology) After hour lockers when office is closed, refrigeration is available. Large exhibit storage for things too big for lockers. Every evidence piece is also assigned a number. Makes barcode to assign to each item for easier management.
