Before the war had turned, allied powers start to make their determination public that they were going to punish them. Soviet union and britain officially noted the mass murder of jewry and prosecute them. The major powers decide on a different policy which would start the international criminal law and would become international criminal court. People who couldn"t be put into a geographical location would be judged on international bases. Imt internationally military communal was best known of the war trials and took place in nuremburg germany with allied power.
