Output can be deined precisely into ive categories (individual: quanity of results, quality of results, timeliness of results, morale building. Are they disruptive, irritating others and bringing the mood of the team down, or are they a positive, collaborative presence, lifting others: relaionship. Do they improve relaionships outside their individual team: the 10-point scale gives a sense of everyone"s output. The above leads to individuals being sorted into the following groups: + two behavioural styles for each grouping: high-cost producers: strong results but also require a large investment of leadership capital. Steamroller gain top results but upset a lot of people. Squeaky wheels always in oice demanding atenion: detractors: low results but still require a large investment. Square pegs don"t have the skills to do the job.
