If you do anything bad, people will think that it"s okay because god will take care of you. If you look weak, find someone to attack. Find a weak enemy and start a war. Don"t waste all of your resources on the war. Attack a small island, announce that they were out to get us first and we won. Make yourself appear to be the last defense against external threats and internal conspiracies. Make sure your citizens don"t trust one another. Let them know that there is a secret police out there amongst them. Make sure citizens don"t and don"t want to engage in political activity. Use hierarchical organizations that are already present in modern society. The larger an organization gets, the more hierarchical it will become . Nation state does not work for the corporation, corporations make the state stronger. In order to compete with business, labour has to get bigger.
