Liberty is the absence of any external restraints. The right of nature is established by nature and belongs to everyone: in a positive sense, it is a right to act according to ones own judgement and own reason. You have them as long as you have them until someone steals them for necessity. C: laws are what we should follow to pursue our reasons.
