Concepts: what you have to have to even have a thought of justice. But if they have different concepts and views about justice, then they have different conceptions. Someone who will return what they owe, give back and follow contracts. Well then what do they disagree about: what was good judgement, wisdom, right thinking, priorities straight. They do indeed have different conception of good judgment. Soc always thinks that good judgment always ends up as wise: wise to be just, just to be wise.
