Examples include: individual people, newspapers, textbooks, encyclopedias, tv programs, web sites, think tanks and so on. Experts: experts need not be infallible" this means that experts can make mistakes and that they don"t need to be right all the time. Expertise: comes in degrees someone working for 10 years in dentistry will know more about molars and bicuspids than someone who"s been working for 3 days.
