Autocracy: government in which one person has uncontrolled or unlimited authority over others; the government or power of an absolute monarch. Aristocracy: a class of persons holding exceptional rank and privileges, especially the hereditary nobility. Lipset"s theory: economic development is high it will become a democracy if not it will not become a democracy.
