Sometimes done by experts or others in the field: ex bringing in another expert/trial consultant to cross examine an expert witness, theory of the case. Includes: what to wear, ex glasses, all part of h/ manage the jury, extra-legal factors make a difference, but need to be specified for case. Surveys + polls: remedies involved for them, expert testimony.
