You can no longer function properly with individuals and at work. This is what we will focus on for this course. 68% of the population behaviors in a specific way, and the others do not. The others are the ones that are considered to be abnormal problem is that there are behaviors that most people participate in (such as any type of drug use) however are still listed in the dsm. Also some who should be considered abnormal (exceptional people) are not listed in the dsm. What is considered to be normal varies significantly throughout different cultural contexts. In terms of situation, consider the situation of being naked in front of other people, possibly even complete strangers. When is this acceptable, when is this unacceptable.
