Fashion it to suit diverse and changing needs. Ex. in the past if you were liberal/conservative you were for life, nowadays people vote more depending on individual issues. Ex. sharing cultures such as cooking food from a different culture than your own. Mcdonaldization, metaphor that everything is like a fast food restaurant.
