Fluid; most escape in less than a year; effort to move out of poverty. Western european countries; wage standards, child care, benefits; commodification. Inequality is needed to motivate people. No one wants to be poor, fact that you can potentially be poor is good motivation. Inequality benefits the rich and powerful. The government should not provide jobs or basic income.
