Look into release plan: does inmate why they get into trouble, whats their trigger for offending. Look at how risky inmate is: they interpret how risky they are, can"t know for sure. Issues in parole decision making: board members subject to public and political influence, members don"t have background in criminology, sociology, or psychology, absence of feedback info from offender"s case after being released, absence of clearly defined release criteria.
