For any meaningful discussion to take place their needs to be a willingness to understand each other. Upper class in caste system live very sheltered lives, socialization is only with those of their caste grouping. Idea: it"s not our fault - disconnecting responsibility to create a just society. They earned their position/place with their hard work, give little regard for family, inheritance, etc. Sense of entitlement of being at the top, disregard those at the bottom.
