Judges aren"t just fact finders but are intimately involved in the person"s treatment (ex. Specialized courts should team up with the community to address crime and the underlying cause of crime. Based on therapeutic jurisprudence, which is concerned with the people"s experience of the law and judges should be sensitive to the face that the law itself could affect people"s treatment.
