Morris and hawkins: law exacerbates criminal problem in morality offences : how does law exacerbates crime, 1. Crime tariff: desirable are illegal so profitable, things like gambling, drugs, alcohol during prohibition, drove up the price and made it profitable, it limits competition as well, 2. Leads to organized crime: example al capone, leads to people coming together and organizing the crimes develop, large scale, 3. Secondary criminogenic effects: expensive so turn to crime, sue to narrow market.
