Corporate america collab w/ nsa to get mega-data on internet platforms. Info comes from the corps themselves (terms of agreement): corporate like yahoo / google should be protecting / advocating for rights of the users. Internal data line that tracks both ends of a communication, and can tell who and how many communications occurred: nsa broke privacy rules, thousands of rules per year, organizational deviance * (sociology of crime lectures)
