He saw himself as the master of control like the sorcerer. Eisenstein: sees cartoons as defying nature, merbabies, allows people to look at the world in a different way. Furuhata: plasticity; not evolutionary freedom but a moulding of worker into this machine, mechanization of people"s bodies, seen in the clock cleaners clip.
