Settler colonialism: settler colonialism decimation of indigenous people, cultures, ways of living, etc. Canadian red cross 1940s: ensured that blood donated by non-white people was not given to soldiers because it was seen as superior, blood has long been used as who is in and out of place. Gay blood and racializing surveillance: elision of racialized sexuality demonstrates homonationalist connections. Black queer subjects are both already queer and at once a queer too far (dryden, 2015, p. 118) Egale organization: out at night campaign encourage people to sleep outside to empathize with lgbtq youth who have been kicked out of their homes for being gay.
