Presupposes a social system and sets of assumptions: food production is fixed and people are going to keep reproducing, q: example of room carrying capacity it is based on assumptions: some of the assumption are: Everyone will take up the same space (but people aren"t the same size) People are only seating on chairs only avoid safety hazards.
