Resources: what you need to make the project happen. Some tasks must follow predecessors , but can be done in parallel with others. Activity on the arrow d u m m y t a s k. Identifies the tasks determining the mi muni duration of the project -> with the resources , technologies in use. Also indicates which parts of the project should be watched more carefully for slippages.
