June 1941: ussr and germany become enemies: ussr signs agreement with britain and joins in an alliance with the west, stalin did not want this. A new coalition was created: the uk, usa and ussr were all united against germany. In august the allies entered paris and started moving towards germany. In april 1945 the allies and the russians meet in the center of germany: april 30th hitler commits suicide in his bunker, may 8th 1945 germany surrenders, the war in europe is over. The war in the east and west were very different: west was much more civilized, germany was much less destructive in the west. In the east the russians and germans destroyed everything: there was no mercy in the east.
