Someone would only call themselves true king when you are not (usurper: sumer and akkad, northern vs southern parts of mesopotamia. Sargon"s state was akkad: year names of sargon, based on the significance of that year, historians don"t exactly know when these years took place, the dynasty of akkad in skl, found in sumerian king list (skl)
