Centre of power some form of government. Everyone who visits a state has to follow the centre power. Authority of the state are the ones in charge. Have a monopoly over legitimate means of violence. Not in an individual"s hand to restore justice. Centralized power are the only ones who can eat out justice. Have the sole right to apply coercive force. Have the right to take away people"s liberty. Not respecting the state"s monopoly is being resisted.
