Minimum 3 primary sources must incorporate their findings in the critique. Know difference between scientific review articles and primary scientific literature. Read all supplementary material associated with the article. Neuroptera (6000 sp): lacewings, antlions, owlflies: wings with numerous veins and cross-(cid:448)ei(cid:374)s (cid:894)(cid:858)(cid:374)eu(cid:396)o nerve/net). Larvae mostly predacious w/ mandib,es and maxillae combined to form piercing-sucking mouthparts. Specialized larvale habits: freshwater sponge parasites (sisyridae), spider egg masses (mantispidae). Antlion (cone like trap which prey falls into predator waiting under stand with mouth exposed).
