Causes- with threat or challenge, fear triggers lights, but anger triggers fight. Anger is most often evoked by misdeeds that we interpret as willful, unjust, avoidable. Smaller frustrations, blameless annoyances can also trigger anger. Feel good-do good, peoples tendency to be helpful when already in a good mood.
