How do we get rid of rubella: we have an incredibly effective vaccine (99% effective with all doses, vaccination program wiped it out in the americas. Still parts of the world where the disease circulates. The only ones that exist are in labs, under high security (hopefully) Zika is spread through mosquitos and sexual contact.
