International relations is the examination of how states interact with others (peaceful interactions, etc) Ir was developed in the early stages of the 20th centuries: states are the inventions of human beings. They were invented by humans. (obviously didn"t show up by itself: can be degraded or ungraded by people. In this class, the prof will mostly talk about states.
