For example, rural- urban migration in africa:different historical definitions of problems associated with migration: Breakdown of tribal and family structures in rural communities. Need for creation of new urban structures and forms of support. Failure of economic development to provide for the population. But some of these problems could be constructed as requiring other types of intervention: i. e. economic development. To effectively address the issue by determining if social work is superior to other solutions/professions/responses. Not just a symbol, but the symbol.
