Strategy: 10-week program: parent involvement, field trips, science on campus, graduation ceremony. Is a measurement consistent or repeatable: do you get the same thing when you test it twice, ex) consistency between parent and child report re: graduation. If all dots clustered but not on target it is reliable but not valid. Assuming measures are solid: students reporting whether they graduate from high school is reliable and valid. Correlational: measure two variables to see if they are associated (correlated)
