Don"t shoot down peoples confidence, it can cause them to quit and suffer from a lack of motor development ex) sandwich approach (for feedback): when we provide feedback we should sandwich the criticism between buns of praise. Enjoyment in young adolescents is furthered by: Mastery low parental pressure greater parent and coach satisfaction. These are the reasons people give for their successes and failures.
