Sample continuing power of attorney: need complete trust in person appointed, temptation cases of abuse, regulations require pos for an incapable person to keep certain records. 2: attorney, grantor, dependent of the grantor, public guardian and trustee, the (cid:272)hildre(cid:374)"s la(cid:449)yer, judgment creditor of the grantor, any other person, with leave of the court. Continuing power of attorney: allows attorney to look after your property and make financial decisions on your behalf.
