Phases are interlocking and overlapping not totally discreet: orientation. In the smallest interactions you see aspects of all relationship just smaller. Patients are going to be safe to test you (they aren"t immediately going to be comfortable: working: identification & exploitation. Make full sense of services: resolution. Preparing the patient to get on without you.
