Once you figure out whether the fetus is a moral being, then the question of abortion become very obvious. Discussion of abortion quite often ignores many factors that are essential to its morality: virtue theorists would identify this quite easily. In the earlier stages of the pregnancy, the arguments do not have to be as strong to end pregnancy. If yes, abortion would be destroying this possibility. There are very conservative and very liberal views (different degrees of each)
