Ruled by aristocracy or aristocracy mixed with democracy. Company of pastors -10 pastors headed by one moderator. Disciplinary on moral leaders - one sydic. Sydics - 4 elected yearly and cannot be re-elected. Small council - 25 natural born citizens elected yearly and not re-elected. Divides people into 2 groups: magistrates and average people. You can only resist if they ask you something that will go against god.
