Live a good life of innocence would be a good life (adam & eve type situation. >pleasure of existence w/o awareness - get to enjoy things (food, drink, sleep, sex) Or not worth talking about a good life in this situation. >criteria could be for saving our soul - what actions can we do to attain immorality - answer = compassion, best part of human being exercised, more opportunities to be compassionate. >pleasures of sociability & leisure = good life could be cooperation w/ others and more leisure time. >good life = how compassionate we are, the ability to enjoy life more in this situation & the goods we get. >have lost ourselves, give in to our passions & our egos - lost freedom to make personal choices b/c we let ego & passions take over, and society decide what"s important.
