Its notification to the plaintiff, or: harshness of time limit somewhat mitigated by plea of illegality in art. 277 t. f. e. u, art. 264 (1) t. f. e. u. Where only part of act is tainted with illegality, then can be severed from rest of act & declared void . Netherlands v high authority (6/54): art. 264 (1) t. f. e. u. : in case of regulation, court shall, if considers necessary, state which of effects of regulation declared void.
