The fetus has a right to live but not to sustain that life by using the mothers body against her will. Okay that the violinist uses your body to filter their kidneys, if you un pug them they die. Abortion is acceptable when the pregnancy is forced on her. Everything had a failure rate and we cant be. This is the difference between negative and positive rights. Some people only like negative rights and don"t like positive rights. There are some positive rights that can"t be enforced. Definition: the principle that preforming a good action may be permissible even if it had bad effects, but preforming a bad action for the purposes of achieving good effects is never permissible; any bad effects must be unintended.
