Mundane realism: the extent to how an experimental situation is something that participants could do in real life outside the study. Correlational research method: is a systematic relationship between 2 or more variables without a definite cause & effect. Experimental realism: the extent to which an study can involve participants and get them to behave in a meaningful way to what they re doing. Main concern: with ethics is how people are treated during psychology studies & the cpa holds the regulations for the studies within. External validity: the extent of how generalizable a study is when applied to certain groups or situations.
