Operational effectiveness competitive strategy can be seen in play here because of the implementation of bpm components such as process modelling, web-enabled technologies, and business activity monitoring. Process modelling makes the employees more efficient since it makes it easier for them to understand all the steps in their work process in a graphical manner. Web-enabled technologies also increase operational effectiveness since this allows the workers to display and retrieve data from a web browser from any location.
