It also gives a feel of the real expected real world problem. The idea of working as a group is very vital and to some point inevitable. Whenever a challenge was encountered, we could readily brainstorm consequently obtaining apt solutions. Group work ensures that individual members enhance on their skills. This is true due to the fact that a team player develops outstanding interpersonal skills; leadership, listening and speaking. Team work also assists one to identify their highs and lows. In case of the lows, group members with exceptional skills at this instance fill the void. The final product is a consistent high quality work. For a group to be successful, activities are divided into different stages; familiarization, planning, doing the actual work and completion. Each and every group member was familiar with the task at hand prior to undertaking it. Division of specific work among group members, which was the case, saved time and ensured higher productivity.
