Working seniors pay taxes and helping the economy rather than only taking all the benefits. Canada needs the old work force (needs their skills and knowledge) For old people, driving is very important (number one concern) for their independence, sociability, shopping, and medical needs. In ontario, we have 400 000 of the age of 75 and over drivers. They lose their sociability and become dependent. Driving a sign of freedom and independence for men and women. Very devastating for seniors to not be able to drive. After the age of 50, there is a decline in driving ability.
