Happiness, changed intelligence and accuracy, but on all dimensions of intelligence. Brain shows more intelligence in all 15 dimensions of intelligence. Your brain primed to be positive or happy outperforms your brain in negative or neutral -> happiness advantage. Every business outcome is predicted by level of positivity. Positive employees are more productive, resilient, less turn over and more trust worthy, and this all leads to more sales. Happy students perform better and less sick days and make more money. Tetris game: business people played it for 5 hours straight.
