Inflexible pattern manifest in many situations starting in late adolescence. Creates impairment in functioning (especially conflict with others) and/or subjective distress. May involve up to 15% of population. Cluster a: odd eccentric - have a lot in common. Distrustful socially aloof, unable to connect with others. Schizoid, schizotypal paranoid - who is not unhappy about being isolated and unskilled. Has bizarre belief systems, and close to schzepenia, but not out of touch from reality.
